🔹Long term posture results from September 2017- September 2021. Improved intra-abdominal pressure, joint stacking, and rib cage expansion has helped reduce the excessive curvatures in my cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions. My weight distribution, which was dependent on my quads and forefoot, has shifted to be more supported by my glutes and superficial back line. These improvements have helped me decompress my shoulders and upper chest causing an increase in hypertrophy of my upper body. These changes occurred despite exercising significantly less than in the before photo.
