Two arms are better than one… Times that by THREE Dual Arm In-Home Trainers to choose from: Large, Medium, and Small.

Choose your size, and decide the mount option installed on your machine. Comes equipped with a standard floor wall mount, OR upgrade to the MobilityBase (+ $350.00 USD). Pick the option and sizes that work best for you and your space!

Please keep in mind that the functionality of all the machines is the same. Only the sizes and cable length are different! Be sure to check the dimensions out below for reference.

*Please Note: Barbell plates are not included with the purchase of this machine. Requires Olympic barbell plates that use 2-inch (50mm) center holes to add resistance to the cable machine. *MAX LOAD: 265lbs. *Warranty: Structure: 5 years. Pulleys, cables and other parts: 6 months. Does not cover accidental damage!

Return Policy:

Return within 30 days and we will refund you fully for the machine. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all return costs must be covered by the customer. In the case of a full refund, the cost of the product itself will be fully refunded, except for the costs of shipping. Once we receive the machine back, an inspection will be done on the machine. Any notable damage of the machine incurred from improper re-packaging during the return transit may be deducted from your return amount, so please take care in properly re-packaging the machine and take photos of its condition for your records prior to organizing its return. Great Pulley Machine

Great value here, price was way cheaper than other pulley machines and the quality is better. Very smooth tension on the cable, even when the weight is light, if you pull really fast the weight stack doesn’t jump and lose tension on the cable, making it the best option for high speed exercises. The unique thing about this pulley and other FP pulleys is the cable length, which is useful if you’re doing FP movements. Very durable machine considering it’s made mostly of metal. Doesn’t take up much space either. It’s perfect for a home gym.

Awesome product

I have the small pulley at home and it is the best purchase that I have ever done. The pulley is a must have for me to become more functional. I want to thank the FP- team for creating high quality products.

Small In-Home Pulley with Mobility Base

Really pleased with this pulley machine! Some things I enjoyed about it so far (3+ months):

- Pulley tension is super smooth. Significantly smoother than similar priced pulleys e.g. Nohrd.

- Compact but easy to moved around a room easily with the mobility base. Two other things that helped this are the separate weight stack and the lever tool that arrived with the base.

- Very sturdy build. All the structural parts are stainless steel or aluminium. Nothing flimsy.

- Small enough to fit inside even an apartment room.

- Very reasonably priced compared to similar pulleys on the market, including shipping.

For the small pulley, the height with the arms up is probably too short for most people. Would consider the medium or large In-Home pulleys if this is a concern.

Would strongly recommended this product for anyone serious about their FP training!

Medium In Home Cable Machine

These guys really know how to make a cable machine. The cable traction is really smooth and even has some springiness that keeps consistent tension with explosive movements. The machine feels very sturdy and has the ability to move anywhere, easily. I can’t recommend this product enough!

Functional At Home

Just received my in home pulley and it’s amazing! The quality is as good as my commercial pulley from functional patterns. I am so excited to have the same pulley and quality in my house so I can continue to improve my biomechanics at home! I will also recommend the small size for a small bedroom or apartment, my room is 10x10 square feet and it fits perfectly inside that room.
