Multifaceted resistance
Love the 3D resistance capability. Allows me to feel the extreme of gravity effects and poor mechanics, and provides unique resistance in order to strengthen a new movement. Be warned if you have body hair, it will rip them out. But as long as the bands are laid flat, or a piece of clothing is worn, then you’re good.

Quality bands
I bought several different types of bands when training at first my posture, but after having trained at a FP facility with those specific feedback ones, I knew I had to get them in order be able to optimize my progress, as well as my customers. Great value !!

Excellent durability and versatility
These bands were purchased 2 plus years ago and still function like day one. With these bands I have been able to execute nearly every style of exercise, from three dimensional dynamic movements to slow and controlled correctives. Other than the logo wearing off from years of use, there is no wear and tear typically found with other similar products from other companies in the industry.
