The Functional Patterns mobility and recovery bands are an essential performance tool for every type of athlete or fitness professional. Every tool has their application

Great for creating instant pliability at a targeted area of the body. This tool can be used to improve function at any joint in the body, making it extremely versatile. A tremendous compliment to MyoFascial Release and other Functional Patterns protocols.
