We created this program to give the user a sneak peak into the 10 Week Online Program. For this reason we have left the phases unlocked and will not require a week to go by before you can access the next phase like we have in the 10 Week Online Program. This means you can go through this program as quickly as you would like. 

You can use a phone camera or mirror to check in and follow along with the instructions in each video while you practice each technique

For additional guidance, record yourself and post the video to our Functional Patterns Doers Facebook group to receive helpful feedback.
