A Step in the Right Direction

A Step in the Right Direction

More people are beginning to recognize what supports real health and long-term sustainability, and these new USDA guidelines are a step in the right direction.

We’ve been promoting a similar approach to nutrition for well over a decade, with even greater emphasis on food quality and metabolic efficiency. What you put in the body directly affects how well it can recover, adapt, and perform, but nutrition is only part of the equation.

We’ve also been focused on solving what plagues people even more than their diet: the way they move.

When the body can’t walk, rotate, stabilize, and transfer force properly, even the best nutrition will do little to change structure, posture, or long-term physical capacity.

Real food supports the system.
Real movement builds the system.

When you combine both, people don’t just get healthier, they thrive.

It’s about time.

Side note: Whole grains can be included in rare instances of necessity or limited food availability, but we generally recommend avoiding them, as they tend to promote inflammation and can inhibit core function.
