  • Posting or revealing FP trade secrets or course-specific information.
  • Posting or interacting with content that contradicts FP methodology with your FP Mandatory Institutional Profile.
  • Showing segmented tempos (loading phase must be under 0.6 seconds).
  • Behavior or associations that create friction or risk to the brand.

Allowed & Guidelines:

  • Post results, dynamic movements, and reposts from FP channels or FP practitioners.
  • General biomechanics discussion is allowed, but do not explain techniques.
  • If something feels like a grey area, do not post it.

  • Be helpful to people asking genuine questions to learn.
  • Engage and show support with your local community, Doers page, and other practitioners.
  • Follow guidelines and company structure.
  • Demonstrate clear, consistent results that showcase your commitment to the system.
  • Help shape a new standard in human optimization.
  • Aim to deliver the highest quality for customers to ensure clients receive the service and outcomes they deserve.
  • If issues arise, contact the policy team directly to resolve them.
