4.5 Stars- Great Educational Content
I am really enjoying these concepts and have already implemented them into my current training. I already notice a difference in my minor idiopathic scoliosis- my enthusiasm for exercise had dwindled when deadlifts and back squats seemed to make my body feel out of balance.
They advertise that the course is for anyone, but I think it would be hard to comprehend without some prior experience in exercise science, but I could be wrong. The content is well explained and I like how the course is laid out. My only disappointment is that there is no guidance on programming the exercises. I am only about halfway through so maybe it will come up later, but I am trying to figure out how structure a full workout on my own.
We appreciate your feedback on the course! We recommend that participants tune in to their bodies when programming and following along with the 10 week course. During the first three weeks, you can use the follow along at the end of the week as a guide for your training sessions. As you progress through the course in subsequent weeks, seek to replicate the form and find the sensations and fatigue in the areas discussed. When your form deteriorates or you have found the correct fatigue, it is time to end that set. We recommend working on the techniques each week for an hour at a time 3-5 times per week.
We also have a great online community on Facebook that you can use for support while working on the course. This community is moderated by our most trusted and experienced practitioners. This an awesome resource for you to seek help from like minded individuals, share your own experiences and results whilst being assured that all comments are monitored so you get accurate and relevant feedback. You can film yourself working on the course and post here for support and feedback from the FP community. https://www.facebook.com/groups/976359545741281/
