What tools do I need to complete the RG Bar Workout?

This program was created with the RG bar in mind to help you get full use out of its patented, one-of-a-kind rotational capabilities. To make the most of this program, it is highly recommended to have an RG bar and Regen trainer or cable machine! (resistance bands can be substituted however, you will need to check frequently for any fraying of the band)

How much time do I need to allocate to this course?
