PHASE 1 : TISSUE PLASTICITY TECHNIQUES
Duration: 3 weeks
The aim of Phase 1 is to guide you through some of the most important Myofascial Release techniques that we employ. We will explain the types of postural dysfunctions that are commonly found on our bodies and which specific techniques to use to help overcome these dysfunctions.
PHASE 2 : POSTURE TRAINING
Duration: 1 week
Our focus here is developing robust spinal integrity and decompression. In modern times our spinal integrity is usually the first to go, every day life smashes and weakens the spine. This phase teaches you how to lengthen and strengthen it, in a way you have to feel to understand the difference. This isn't just about gaining control of your spine and the muscles around it, but establishing the fundamental pillars of posture that pave the way to a pain free life
PHASE 3 : INTEGRATED CORRECTIVE EXERCISE
Duration: 6 weeks
Here we build on posture training by moving your spine and building strength at the same time. This is where we cement a balance of strength and mobility in your body, ensuring joints can both glide and stay stable. Here you will begin to understand what being strong AND mobile means. All other approaches do one or the other. Completing Phase 3 will give you an entirely new kind of body control you didn’t think you would have, tapping into primal human power that we recently lost.
