Due to a lengthy martial arts career, Jan began to notice extensive body dysfunctions. In order to alleviate his symptoms, he turned to FP’s MFR and corrective exercises.

After just 2 months of training, he started seeing a noticeable improvement.
“I’m more stable, have a stronger core, and more control over my body. I feel like a superhuman now.”
Since then, Jan has been able to dive into his favorite FP exercises, like the cable pulley, to strengthen his muscle tissues, allowing him to continuously build & improve his functional movement after each workout, pain-free.
