Over the years, Olivier’s love for sports like alpine skiing, mountain biking, longboarding, and rock climbing had taken a toll on his body, resulting in many injuries. Both his legs were stuck in internal rotations and his feet in pronation.
After discovering Functional Patterns and enrolling in our 10-Week Online Course, he started seeing a noticeable improvement. Not only was he able to manage the stressors of everyday life better, but he experienced an increase in energy and his lower body dysfunctions began to correct themselves, allowing him to perform basic movements with ease.
