Chris's Journey to Become Pain-Free

Chris started FP at 28 already beat up. Knee pain, shoulder pain, elbow issues, migraines, and sciatica sitting at a brutal 9/10. It wasn’t just discomfort, it was affecting everything. His coaching. His ability to move. His energy. How present he could be as a parent. Pain was dictating the terms of his life.
