Video 1 (Left): My maximum sprint on my first ever FP session. Daily pain, and a lot of pain while recording this sprint.

Video 2 (Right): ZERO daily pain and move 90% pain free thanks to FP. I’m now a HBS1 practitioner and couldn’t be more thankful to be on this path.
