Kellie discusses her journey with FP at 55 years old. From dealing with chronic neck and back pain from her years of being a bodyworker to finally building the muscle to better support her spine and shoulders. She highlights how most of us are able to do extracurricular activities with our bodies but how many of us struggle with maintaining the movement that matters in our lives, like standing and walking without pain.
