“Before FP I’d always been a very active person, doing alot of sport and competing in muay thai. I’d had severe knee and hip pain which made it difficult to continue being as active as id wanted. I worked with physios, chiros and even did injury rehab programs but i still always had alot of pain, mobility restrictions and discomfort. I was really excited when I finally heard about FP! After just my first session with Dave I was already pain free when I walked out and my body felt better than it had in years. Although the pain did come back, now after 4 months Im completely pain free. I committed to 2 sessions a week and followed some of the other FP principles at home.
