“I had issues with shoulder and knee tendonitis that caused me to be in and out of rehab for years. I basically gave up on lifting without injury and stopped being active for a year, but all that changed when I found FP. After seeing their posts about exercising without joint pain I decided to give it a try and the rest is history! I’m pain free and in the best shape of my life thanks to Antuan and the team.
I had shoulder tendinitis for several years. Whenever I would do any pressing movements with working weights I would feel a pain that was 7/10. I would have to constantly debate whether I should keep doing the set or not. Later down the road I started getting pain in my left knee on lunges and squat movements. This was about a 5/10. After FP I have zero pain in both areas and am able to push heavy load without any anxiety around damaging my joints.”
