The sprinters in this video are exactly what we should aspire to be. When our body has the capacity to sprint at the highest level, it requires full body muscle contractions that promote the highest probability of good health 🏃🏻‍♀️

At FP, we understand that humans are born to run and by prioritizing training based around getting people to run better we have been able to produce the life changing results you see us post on our page. From neurological disorders to world champion athletes our results come from our sprinting based exercises 👑

We haven’t hit the mark fully on the head yet but boy are we getting closer. Using our results as evidence that focusing your workouts around improving the way you move on two legs will go down in the history books. It will leave our future generations asking why we got into the whole meat head bilateral training and yoga stretching saga. They’ll ask, “why didn’t we adopt FP sooner?” It made the most sense. To train humans in relation to what make us human: standing, walking, running and throwing. 🤦‍♂️
