When you train your body as a system it allows your musculature to recalibrate itself. You can see how in the before, Thibaud had quite the hip hike and scoliotic curvature in his spine. He had constant pain and numbness in his arms, hands and fingers. By learning how to train his Anterior and Posterior Oblique Slings together his body was able to self organize and transform itself in to a well built structure. 👇
