If there's a constant I have found since getting into the Mixed Martial Arts community here in San Diego, it's the correlation of injuries and its association to poor postural habits.
Addressing the structural integrity of the human body is at the foundation of my craft as a Holistic Movement Practitioner. It is something that needs to continually be addressed to ensure the body is understanding where it's supposed to be biomechanically.
Here is a video of me working with UFC fighters Myles Jury and Justin Lawrence. They have made it a priority to take these exercises and implement them into their MMA training regimens. I can't say how pleased I am with the results I've been seeing from these guys out here in Alliance MMA. Enjoy!
