POSTURE AND STRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS

Eddie came to functional patterns suffering shoulder and foot problems. He suffered from multiple ankle strains and shoulder dislocations when he attempted to exercise and discomfort in his feet when standing. For the past 15 years he has been wearing orthopedic insoles prescribed by doctors.

After one month of FP training his problems started to disappear and he got rid of the insoles. No more shoulder dislocations and ankle strains in the last 5 months. Now he trains at least 3 times a week and no more pain and discomfort after doing physical activities.

In the past 3 months he has has been able to walk and hike long distances in barefoot shoes with zero pain.
