Do i need to be fit and healthy to do this course?

No, we have all kinds of people getting great results with our course. We do however suggest that if you have any pre-exisiting issues that you do seek medical advice before commencing the course.

Is there any specialist equipment required?

The tools required to complete the 10-week course include:

  • Assorted balls for myofascial release
  • Dumbbells
  • Thera-Cane
  • PVC Pipe (foam roller progression)
  • Varied Resistance Bands

Many of the tools can be substituted with other items if needed. Feel free to get creative. You can also join our Facebook group Functional Patterns Doers https://www.facebook.com/groups/976359545741281 to see how others have gone about it.

How much time do I need to allocate to the course?

We recommend spending 1 hour per training session working on the 10 week course. It is advised to train using the course material at least 3-5 times per week. You are welcome to train daily if your body is up to it, but you are also encouraged to take time to recover as needed

Is there an APP?

Our course plaform can be saved to any device and used like a native app. This ensures a smooth and frictionless course experience.

Hello,

Got rid of my back pain of 5 years

The FP 10 week course got rid of my lumbar region back pain that ive had for the past 5 years. During that time I have tried everything such as chugging a cup of turmeric after wrestling practice, a lot of physiotherapy sessions involving corrective excercises and dry needling, 5 massage sessions, yoga, and youtube intructionals to fix my posture and get rid of my pain. NONE of it worked or even helped in the slightest. About 2 weeks into the standing neutral section and my pain was greatly reduced, a few weeks after I had no lumbar region pain at all and can now stand for as long as I want. Currently on week 7 and cannot recommend this more.

Outstanding

I am on week 5. I am already very familiar with MFR concepts and love the FP approach. I did the routines almost daily, for the first three weeks of my training. Now, in week 5, I'm working on my planks every day. My core stability is being challenged big time. Training and change my relationship within my body and gravity and avoid knee surgery in the process. Or recover from the surgery properly.
