These bands are heaps useful for FP training outdoors, and at home without a pulley machine. Compared to other resistance bands on the market, you get more length from these without maxing out the tension. I find this is particularly beneficial for any movements requiring multiple or larger steps.

Have tried other bands and the FP bands are much better, they are very responsive, the material they are made of makes them feel like you are exercising without any kind of strain, and if you do push it you get good feedback.
