Great work here from HBS practitioner @fp.jamesruport helping his client take the guess work out of taking care of his body.
Here is some progress from my client using functional patterns. He suffered a disk injury after 20 years of compensation from a previous back injury.
This was a very humbling and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to help and learn more about biomechanics.
A couple of key takeaways.
1. Injury prevention is a much easier route than rehabilitation.
2. Consistent stress will be needed even after you are out of pain.
