Hi! I cannot stress how great of a tool the rg bells are. Everyone i train asks if there will ever be the in between sizes (4.5, 7.5 kg, etc), and we hope it’s being considered.
After a week of hearty use, the smallest rg bell ruptured making it unusable. If there’s a guarantee I would like to claim it. If not, I need to buy a pair more.

Perfect for my workouts on the road! Fits in the RV, soft so it doesn’t bang into things in a moving vehicle and an awesome addition to my FP arsenal of equipment 👍

Amazing idea and desperately trying to use it but holy cow since purchased i havent be able to unravel the bell per thr instructions. Im still hopeful but for future just ship them unraveled already

The RG Bell is a very well made product. It’s been well thought out. The material it’s made from is durable and you can bounce it off any surface without degrading it. It has its own unique challenges when you use it in any movement. You’ll receive more neural input into your body. I just love it.

Ok, seriously, this is by far the most fun tool I’ve ever used for training. After a session, my body feels so springy and bouncy! It’s such a fantastic way to train clients while still respecting proper gait cycle mechanics. 😉
