The RG Bell is a versatile, portable training tool designed for functional strength exercises. It combines the features of a kettlebell and a medicine ball, allowing for both swinging and slamming exercises.

Our RG Bell Bundle comes with a variety of sizes including our 3,6,9, and 15 KG variations. When they arrive, we recommend starting out with the 3 KG option to master the mechanics of each exercise before progressing to heavier weights based on your strength.

The RG Bell is highly portable. Simply remove the water to make it lightweight and easy to carry, making it perfect for home, outdoor, or travel workouts.

For slamming exercises, use softer surfaces like rubber gym flooring, grass, or similar shock-absorbing surfaces. Avoid slamming on concrete or rough-edged surfaces, as this may damage the product.
