Functioneck is an excellent tool from FP. After one session I noticed a significant difference in in my upper shoulder to jawline function. I typically have issues after sleeping with random pains. That hasn’t appeared after only one session. Will dive into it more soon.

Comfortable and well made

Ok, let me start by saying that this tool is such a game changer. I’ve always wanted to train my neck and upper traps in a functional way. The techniques shown with this tool are helping me connect my neck with the rest of my body in a way I never thought I would.

Unfortunately if you have a smaller head (like me) it’s not gonna work no matter how hard you tighten it. Also resistance bands are not a good combo. If you have a medium size to bigger head and a pulley this could be a fit for you.

Best money ever spent what an amazing invention

Have used the functioneck on myself and with clients. Although emphasizing the neck muscles the tension it generates through the entire body is amazing. Another high quality training tool from From Functional Patterns. Would recommend.

Awesome product. Easy to use. Affordable price. The stimulus it helps place on my body has helped tremendously. My neck is less compressed and feels better integrated with the rest of my body.

I love this thing so much. While doing the exercises I was more aware of my head, face, and core than ever before. After doing the basic exercises I feel so much more grounded in my body. I can’t wait to keep going deeper with it in my own practice and with my trainer and see what happens in my body and movement.

The function neck is a very good tool to strengthen the neck in integration with the whole body. The material is very good and confortable on the head while using it.

I've been having neck issues and pain since my teens and tried every imaginable way to get rid of it, without success. Fast forward to my 40s. The strapping around the chin could easily be improved with a doubling back velcro system (same issue I have with leverage king). As well as relying on connection points all being girth hitches makes going from different technique slow and cumbersome as you have to disconnect everything each time. Both would be very easy things to improve upon. Beyond those things it offers a good workout. Still feels like a prototype.
