I love the rig bar. The quality of it is exceptional. The length of the bar gives me more control and the ability to transfer the load into the movements better. The grip and rotation that's built into bar is smart and very practical. I'm glad I bought it.

The equipment is good quality, and easy to hook it up to the cable machine. The grip and design is good. Worth the price, just have to pay for shipping fee's since I live in Canada.

High quality product! Smooth rotation and excellent construction

I used a bar from another company for the first many years I did Functional Patterns, and I could never engage my pecs without my shoulders doing 80% of the work. I’ve now bought the RG bar, and after just 2 sessions, I can now engage my pecs with minimal shoulder activation, because I can much more easily rotate my arms and shoulders compared to using a stationary bar.
I should have bought it from the start, it would have saved me many frustrating sessions where I couldn’t engage my pecs.

FP innovations produce the best tools on the market. The RG Bar is one of my favourite tools to use. Had to sell everything when I left the UK, now slowly building my FP tool shed back up. Can’t wait for my RG Trainer 2.0 to arrive!!

this tool is impressive! Its design and applicability for upper body strength development and torque is superior to other similar tools. I've always been arm dominant in upper body movements and this tool really helps transfer the load on the core as opposed to arms.

This is it, this is the tool that you can get an immense amount of work in with. Absolutely invaluable piece of equipment that has no match on the market. I have searched dozens of websites that could hopefully provide a suitable replacement for the RG Bar (due to the lengthy and pricy shipping to Europe) but nothing comes even remotely close to the RG Bar provided by FP. The support team was beyond helpful to get this product shipped to me and it has been worth every dime and penny. If anything, it is even cheap compared to its quality. Jeff from FP, much love man!
