Do i need to be fit and healthy to do this course?

No, we have all kinds of people getting great results with our course. We do however suggest that if you have any pre-exisiting issues that you do seek medical advice before commencing the course.

Is there any specialist equipment required?

The tools required to complete the 10-week course include:

  • Assorted balls for myofascial release
  • Dumbbells
  • Thera-Cane
  • PVC Pipe (foam roller progression)
  • Varied Resistance Bands

Many of the tools can be substituted with other items if needed. Feel free to get creative. You can also join our Facebook group Functional Patterns Doers https://www.facebook.com/groups/976359545741281 to see how others have gone about it.

How much time do I need to allocate to the course?

We recommend spending 1 hour per training session working on the 10 week course. It is advised to train using the course material at least 3-5 times per week. You are welcome to train daily if your body is up to it, but you are also encouraged to take time to recover as needed

Is there an APP?

Our course plaform can be saved to any device and used like a native app. This ensures a smooth and frictionless course experience.

Life changing

I've been in the "movement culture", in the "Fitness industry" and a climbing trainer for a long time. This course is what you need to get started on the best journey of your life. Functional Patterns is truly an humbling experience for the one that are "experienced" in the field of training.

I've had chronic pain and suffering from conventional training. Coming to Functional Patterns was so beneficial. I continued with an FP practitioner to guide me through a deeper process and I'm glad I did.

I sincerely think that the 10-week online course is where it starts.

So far this has been an intense practice of deep muscle-tendon release. So far so good. I'm feeling the effects big time in my daily life. Can't wait for more

Life changing

First of all, there is no dislikes about this product.

This course has given me more knowledge then any other course or modality I have tried over the last 10 years.

Pain I thought I would be stuck with for the rest of my life, started melting away with the 10- week online course, coupled working with a practitioner.

Ever since I was 14 years old, I had a bulging disc in my L2 - L3 due to playing rugby. It caused severe pain.. some days physically not being able to get up out of bed. Leaving me in extreme agony and tears.

Also, I experienced sciatica regularly coupled with insanely tight hamstrings. Honestly, I thought I was going to have to live like this for the rest of my life. It was torture.

This course has taught me how to tune in and sense the dysfunctions in my body.

Normally, I would attempt to escape reality through video games and food, however, the structure of my body has gained enough integrity to adapt to the levels of stress I endure on a daily basis.

Anytime I start to feel intense anxiety, I apply methods from the course and alleviates most of it.

I was shocked at how cheap the course is once I started going through it. The value is worth atleast ten times more then what it's priced at now.

Overall, i've been into FP for over a year now and I will never turn to any other practice. I am indebted to FP for creating a better body for me to thrive with.

This program changed my life in many ways!

This video series is so detailed, any person willing to take the time to digest the information and apply it will get results. I Went from being unable to walk or even stand up straight without constant pain to fully being able to partake in normal every day activities that I once took for granted like being able to stand up out of bed or even bath yourself. Functional Patterns was the solution to many of my problems,...not just physically, but mentally and emotionally aswell!

Actual Results matter and Functional Patterns Is a sure way to get you in the right path towards greater health and mobility!
