Practitioners Policy

These policies ensure professionalism, consistency, and protection of FP intellectual property for all practitioners.

Human Foundations – Specific Rules

  • You may create a new FP-dedicated Instagram account under your name (e.g., @firstname_lastname).
  • This account must follow all FP social media rules if used later for the HBS Mandatory Institutional Profile.

Human Biomechanics Specialist – Specific Rules

  • All clients must sign the FP NDA through the app before training.
  • You must have a dedicated FP Instagram account under your name.
  • You may continue using the account created after HF.
  • If you did not create one after HF, you must create one now.
  • HBS practitioners are provided an FP verification link.
  • This link must only appear on the FP Mandatory Institutional Profile IG account.
  • It must not appear on any other social media or personal pages.

Functional Patterns – State/City/Town Representation

  • Reserved for hand-selected senior practitioners with proven results.

Cross-Promotion Rules

  • No promoting or showcasing non-FP brands or businesses on FP accounts.
  • FP accounts must remain separate from personal or business accounts.
  • Do not tag non-FP gyms (addresses may be listed without gym brand names).

Professional Representation

  • You may advertise yourself as an FP Certified Practitioner (HF or HBS) in:
    • Your Instagram bio (not in name or username)
    • Your website
  • You may not use the FP logo in:
    • Profile photos
    • Apparel
    • Business cards
    • Flyers, documents, or advertisements
    • Any non-FP gym setting
  • You may not create FP-branded social media accounts or websites.

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Removal of noncompliant content
  • Loss of verification or directory status
  • Restricted access to further education
  • License termination (with or without notice)

Violations may include:

  • Unauthorized use of FP trademarks
  • Sharing FP IP, corrective techniques, or confidential information
  • Cross-promotion violations
  • Training banned individuals
