After 5 years of Yoga, Alicia was still dealing with increased joint pain and anxiety. Despite the meditation, the commitment to training her mind and body as one, and trying different Yoga approaches, she was stuck with the same symptoms that she had going into Yoga.
This begged the question in her mind…“Why do I feel so unstable?”
This led her to finding FP and restarting her foundation. She is now pain-free and trains alongside other FP HBS at @projectfunction.vegas.
