CHRONIC RUNNING PAIN TO STRONGER, FASTER PERFORMANCE

Chin Chi, a mother of three and a customs officer, struggled with lower back pain rated 6/10 and knee pain rated 8/10 after running and performing physically demanding work. Long periods of walking, bending, and squatting aggravated her discomfort. After consistent Functional Patterns training, Chin Chi eliminated her pain, improved her running gait, and increased her maximum running speed — feeling stronger and more capable both at work and in daily life.

Before (September 2020):
❌ Lower back pain rated 6/10 after running
❌ Knee pain rated 8/10 after running

❌ Max running speed 18 km/h
❌ Frequent discomfort during and after physical activity

After (June 2024):
✅ Lower back pain eliminated (0/10)
✅ Knee pain reduced to 0–1/10
✅ Increased running distance and efficiency
✅ Max running speed improved to 23 km/h
✅ Better coping with work demands and daily activities
✅ Pain-free movement and stronger gait mechanics
