Movement for the sake of movement doesn’t make it medicinal.
If you suffer from chronic shoulder dislocations and continue to move in ways that bring about more dislocations, then movement becomes harmful, not helpful.

In both of the before videos, I was dealing with lower back pain and pain in the elbows while throwing. Now I don’t have more lower back pain and after throwing heavier weights, I’m completely pain free.
