Progressing is Difficult, Because You're Going Against "Your Nature"

Progressing is Difficult, Because You're Going Against "Your Nature"

Watch this short clip from Cory Muscara. What is probably the hardest thing to do in life, something that may seem like doing the impossible? It's changing who you are. When progressing and advancing as a human being, you'll need to make certain sacrifices such as changing what you eat, changing when you go to bed, changing who you hang out with, what you do with your spare time, etc. These changes can be tough because you've relied on certain patterns of behavior your whole life. When you begin to change, you'll receive feedback from your environment, and that feedback can feel like pushback. You'll be tempted to go back to old habits for the sake of comfort, and at times you will give in. But when you start seeing the other side of reality, where you feel better because of making better decisions, and you feel worse for reliving the same old patterns, the sacrifice for change will be cleaner, and in the end, it will be worth it.
