One of the hardest regions to train safely on the body is the neck. You’ll find that people either resort to using too much or not enough weight, failing to achieve substantial growth or functional improvement in their upper spine.

We designed the @functioneck to be both safe and effective when it comes to loading the cranium during slow and corrective motions.
